Cape Cod Community College is set to enhance its campus with the construction of the Frank and Maureen Wilkens Science and Engineering Center. This project, funded by the Commonwealth, will replace an existing Lecture Hall and the current Science building with a new 39,000 square foot facility designed to modernize science teaching and provide a dedicated space for the engineering department. Emphasizing STEM programs, the center will bolster the college’s role as a critical regional education hub, especially significant as the sole higher education institution on Cape Cod. The scope of work includes abatement, demolition, site reconfiguration, and landscaping to support this transformative addition to the campus.
