The Nauset Regional High School project, led by Flansburgh Architects, Brait Builders, and CHA Consultants, involves renovating and expanding the 1972 campus-style school located in North Eastham, MA. Serving the towns of Eastham, Brewster, Wellfleet, and Orleans, the public school enrolls around 775 students annually across grades nine to twelve. The 72-acre campus, nestled in the National Seashore Park and close to Nauset Light Beach, will retain over 50% of its original structures. The renovation will add 215,000 square feet, including new administrative, performing arts, cafeteria, and academic wings, while maintaining the landscape’s natural character and enhancing the courtyards with native plantings. The project, estimated at $102 million, aims to enrich the daily experience for students, teachers, and the community.
