The Watertown High School project, designed by AI3 Architects and constructed by Brait Builders, involves building a new 258,914 square foot, four-story high school on the existing site in Watertown, Greater Boston. Managed by The Vertex Companies, the project includes the abatement and demolition of the old 240,000 square foot building, originally constructed in 1925. During the estimated 32-month construction period, students and staff will be relocated offsite. The project aims to support the school’s mission of providing a meaningful and challenging education within a diverse community and is estimated to cost $144,091,401
